Refund Policy

CLEAR BAG POLICY:
For security reasons, we require all bags brought into the venue to be clear and no larger than 12"x12"x6". This policy helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Entry will not be granted for unapproved bags. 

AISLE ETIQUETTE:
Please refrain from standing or blocking the aisles during performances. This ensures clear pathways for everyone's safety and comfort.

AGE LIMITES and ID REQUIREMENT: Some events may have age restrictions, and all guests must present a valid state-issued ID to purchase and consume alcohol.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES:
To support our concessions and ensure a clean environment, we do not permit outside food, beverages, or alcohol inside the venue.

NO WEAPONS:
For the safety of all attendees, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on our premises.

LOST ITEMS:
We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during your visit. Please keep track of your belongings and report any issues to our staff promptly.

NO RE-ENTRY: Once your ticket is scanned you are not allowed to go out and re-enter.
