At Weldon Mills Theatre, we are dedicated to our in-house promotion of shows and concerts, 

which remains our primary focus. 

While we occasionally rent out the venue for private productions, corporate events, or company parties in the lobby, 

our main priority is to bring live entertainment to our stage.

Key Points for Rentals:

• Main Priority: Our first priority is hosting and promoting concerts and shows, ensuring the venue remains a hub for entertainment.
• Short Notice Rentals: We are more likely to approve rental requests on short notice. Events requiring bookings more than 60 days in advance may conflict with our primary goal of operating as a concert venue.
• Private Events: The lobby may be available for smaller company gatherings or private parties, depending on availability and scheduling.
• Availability: Rental opportunities are subject to the venue's existing show calendar and the goals of promoting live entertainment.

Rental Pricing (Subject to Availability):

1. Full Venue Rental: Starting at $8,000 per day
   
   • Includes 1,450-seat theatre, lobby, and basic use of sound and lighting systems.
   • Additional charges for staff, security, advanced production needs, and marketing support.

1. Lobby-Only Rental: Starting at $1,500 for 4 hours
   
   • Ideal for company parties, meetings, or intimate gatherings.
   • Includes tables, chairs, and basic sound system access (if needed).

1. Production/Performance Rentals: Starting at $10,000
   
   • Includes theatre, lobby, and full production capabilities.
   • Subject to technical requirements and staffing needs.

Additional Fees (if applicable):

• Technical Crew: $25/hour per crew member
• Cleaning Fee: $750
• Security Staff: $30/hour per officer
• Advanced Lighting/Sound Design: Quoted based on request
• Event Insurance: Required and must be provided by the renter
