Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets from Weldon Mills Theatre, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets purchased from Weldon Mills Theatre cannot be resold on unauthorized platforms. Any attempt to resell tickets without prior authorization from Weldon Mills Theatre will result in ticket cancellation without refund. This policy is in place to ensure fair access and pricing for all ticket buyers.

Alterations Void Ticket- Any alteration, modification, or tampering with a ticket, including but not limited to removing or changing the name, price, barcode, or any other part of the ticket, will automatically void the ticket. 

Altered tickets will not be valid for entry to the event. To ensure authenticity and prevent fraudulent activity, we strongly advise that tickets not be resold or transferred to third parties without prior authorization from Weldon Mills Theatre.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is canceled by Weldon Mills Theatre.
In the event of a cancellation, tickets will be refunded only at the point of sale from which they were purchased. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.

Weldon Mills Theatre does not accept or honor tickets purchased through third-party platforms or resellers.
We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone presenting tickets obtained from third-party sites.
Only tickets purchased directly from Weldon Mills Theatre’s official box office or authorized sales outlets are valid for entry. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are void and will not be accepted.

Weldon Mills Theatre reserves the right to cancel any tickets listed on unauthorized third-party reselling websites. These tickets will be voided without refund, and entry will be denied.

Tickets may only be transferred through the Weldon Mills Theatre Box Office.
If you wish to transfer your tickets, please contact the Box Office directly.
The original ticket purchaser must either transfer tickets through the Weldon Mills Theatre Box Office or be physically present at the venue for the ticket holders to enter.

Weldon Mills Theatre reserves the right to require the original ticket purchaser to present a valid state-issued ID or the credit card used for the original purchase upon entry.
All members of the ticket holder party may be required to wait until the original purchaser is present at the venue entrance for admission.

Weldon Mills Theatre reserves the right to change or modify event details (such as time, date, or venue) at its discretion.
Tickets will remain valid for any rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued for event changes, including changes to the lineup, unless the headlining artist changes. If the headlining artist is replaced, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund upon request.

In the event of a show cancellation or rescheduling, please be aware of the following regarding promotional (free) tickets:

• Rescheduled Date: If an event is rescheduled, promotional tickets will remain valid for the new date. However, free tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets to another show or event.
   
• No Seat Changes: We are unable to accommodate requests to change seating for complimentary ticket holders in order to sit with other members of your party.
   
• No Ticket Substitutions: We cannot substitute complimentary tickets for any other event or modify the seats originally assigned. Every artist has specific requirements for giveaways, and as such, we cannot make exceptions to these policies.
   
• No Monetary Value: If the event is canceled, complimentary tickets have no monetary value, and no other tickets will be given as replacements. Radio promotions cannot be traded for other tickets. NO EXCEPTIONS.
   
• Artist Approval: Ticket giveaways are typically approved by the artist and are provided as a form of advertising. These giveaways are not intended as paid tickets and are subject to the artist’s specific terms and conditions.
   

• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are allowed.
   
• Clear Bag Policy enforced. All Bags are subject to search upon entry for security purposes.
   
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
   
• Disruptive behavior (excessive intoxication, harassment, or any actions that interfere with others' enjoyment of the show) may result in removal from the venue without refund.
   
• The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
   

• Doors open at the designated time listed on  the website.

• Once you enter and pass security you cannot go outside and re-enter, except in designated areas. Anyone leaving to go to their car will not be allowed re-entry.
   
• VIP and reserved seating guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth entry.
   
• Late arrivals may be seated at an appropriate break in the performance.
   

Professional cameras, flash photography, and video recording are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the artist or venue.
Audience members may take personal photos and videos unless otherwise stated.

Weldon Mills Theatre is committed to accessibility. Please contact us in advance if you need accommodations.

Attendees assume all risks and release Weldon Mills Theatre from liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on the premises.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.
